0 = none, or system active
1 = Shutdown by removing R-gear
2 = Shutdown speed
3 = Switch-off via PDC button
4 = disconnection due to PLA (i.e., IPA)
5 = Shutdown by KL 15 Bit = 0
6 = tbd.
7 = Error / disturbed state, system still active

Abschaltursache bleibt bis zur nächsten Aktivierung bzw. bis KL15 aus gesetzt
Im Fehlerfall (blinkende LED) wird "7" gesendet obwohl das System noch aktiv ist. bei "geheiltem" Fehler wird sofort wieder der Zustand "0" gesendet
The signal informs about the reason for Deactivation of the ECU.
The signal is set remains setted until the next activation resp. until clamp_15 is set.
In error case (blinking LED) the value "7" is to be send even when the system is still active. In case of "reset of the error condition applies" immediately the status (value) "0" shall be send.
