ok first of all he was a terrible guy
like, dictator terrible
literally
alright so here's what went down:
so back in italy in 1883, this lil gremlin came into existence
his dad (alessandro mussolini) sucked. he was an alcoholic and I think he had a gambling addiction
he was arrested for participating in revolutionary activities (which basically means that he and a buncha other people were like "hey I don't like the government so viva la frickin revolution)
then he fell in love with a sweet school teacher, rosa maltoni, and they got married
he was under house arrest at the time for like what, 7 months?
he used the fact that he was married to be like "heyyy I'm a changed man since I have a wife now so pls take away my house arrest" and it was lowered to like two months
but he lied y'know, he even cheated rosa goddamnit
but enough about his parents let's talk about this actual gremlin now
he got most of his personality from his dad. he barely laughed at all and he just sat and read alone all the time. he didn't even have friends (haha sucker)
