Ingredientes:
2 tasas de leche de almendras
media tasa de azucar blanco
3 cucharadas de maicena
1/4 de cucharadita de sal de mar
1 cucharadita de extracto de vainilla
1 cucharada de mantequilla sin sal
Instrucciones:
En una cacerola mediana a fuego medio, calentar la leche hasta que se formen burbujas en los bordes. En un tazón, combine el azúcar, la maicena y la sal. Vierta la leche caliente, un poco a la vez, revolviendo para disolver. Continuar la cocción y revuelva hasta que la mezcla espese lo suficiente para cubrir la parte de atrás de una cuchara de metal. No deje que hierva. Retire del fuego, agregue la vainilla y la mantequilla. Vierta en platos. Enfriar antes de servir.
