kapatacaklarını dile getirdi. Eğitimde başarıyı
yakalamanın çözümü her yıl, hatta her dönem değişen
ücretli öğretmen çalıştırmak değil, kadrolu öğretmen
atamaktır. Mevsimlik işçi ancak tarım, turizm gibi
sektörlerde olabilir. Eğitim alanında mevsimlik işçi
çalıştırılması utanç verici bir tablodur.
KPSS puanları daha önceki yıllarda 2 sene geçerliydi. Bu
puanlar 2, hatta 3 atamada kullanılırdı. Bu yıl ise biz
alacağımız puanın 2 yıl geçerli olacağı bilgisiyle bu
sınava hazırlanırken, sınavdan 1 gün önce yönetmelik
değiştirildi ve bu sene KPSS puanları sadece 1 atamada
geçerli oldu. Bu da biz atama bekleyen öğretmenlerin
mağduriyetini arttırdı. Bu seneki puanlarımızın 1 yıl
geçerli olması ve yeni sistemle birlikte öğretmen açığının
artmasından dolayı 130 bin öğretmen olarak bir an önce
atanmak istiyoruz ve ek atama talep ediyoruz. Bütün
illerimizde hemen hemen her okulda çok fazla öğretmen
açığı bulunduğunu ve bu açığın, eğitim fakültesi mezunu
bile olmayan ücretli öğretmenlerle giderilmeye
çalışıldığını biliyoruz. Sadece biz öğretmenler değil,
ailelerimiz ve sevdiklerimiz de bu süreçte fazlasıyla
yıprandı.
Bir an önce, yeni bir alım yapılarak mağduriyetimizin
giderilmesini ve çocuklarımızın geleceğinin iadesini talep
ediyoruz."
