Visi Misi
1. Menjadikan vladimedia yang sepi oleh pengujung untuk saat ini menjadi lebih banyak lagi pengunjung yang akan datang.
2. Mengulang kembali kemajuan vlamed 11bulan lalu yang pernah menjadi best shop pada periode bulan November 2016.
3. Menjadikan vladimedia sebagai salah satu shop favorite para murid, alumnus, lead dan juga teacher di SVA.
Yang akan saya lakukan saat saya menjabat sebagai lead :
1. Membuat cara promosi terbaru agar pengunjung vladimedia lebih banyak pengunjung lagi (melakukan kegiatan promosi dengan cara disc harga buku, games, event, dll)
2. Mengawasi pekerjaan para staff, agar jadwal jaga yang sebelumnya sudah diatur lebih maksimal lagi. Dan jangan sampai ada hari kosong (re: vlamed tidak on)
3. Memberikan ide-ide baru untuk ke depannya. Seperti
- Mengadakan event kecil plotting day, poems, dan sebagainya setiap 1bulan/2bulan sekali
- Mengadakan event theater rutin setiap 4 bulan sekali ( yang pasti selama waktu persiapan, saya akan menyiapkan segala kebutuhan theater secara maksimal)
