5. Are the Coding Best-practices documented and code-linters, test framework created?
5.1 Ignite team to have the generic coding best practices and linters in place for projects to leverage
6. Is the developer workspace created? What is the ETA for this
6.1 Includes getting required tools installed on developer system
6.2 Depends on having the project architecture finalized and the code-repository created

7. Is the infrastructure in place?
7.1 Includes the various environments like local, dev, qa, SIT, pre-prod, prod performance testing etc.
7.2 Includes the load-balancers, firewals, environment certificates

8.2 If yes, has the project timeline and plans been synced up?
9. Is the project architecture in place?
9.0 Has the project browsed through the available boiler plates for different tech-stack we support
9.1 Frameworks to be used been finalized
9.1.1 Various factors to be considered are: application size, availability of people with knowledge about any framework, VD's / Wireframes etc.
9.2 If it is a new tech-stack, has this been reviewed by the FE Architecture team
9.3 How complicated is it for a new person to set this up on their workspace
10. Is the workstation for the members available
10.1 incase of an ODC, is it setup, do members have required access
11. Is the process for exchanging various assets required by the team {custom fonts, svg's etc} between various stakeholders decided.

2.1 If there is a junior developer in the team / if there are developers who have not worked with the tech stack,
there should be a training process in place to get the team upskilled.
