Debug the thank you page and advertise page in ios devices:

# Advertise Page:
* on my iPhone 8+ and the maps are quite strange looking. It's as if the map is duplicated under the ranking of the top 10 - and zoomed in - with the entire map listed below. The CAPTCHA area is also formatted strangely there (not aligned) and the "Across Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn." text in the By The Numbers section is much too large and not aligned with the text.
* At the end, where it says "Media Kit Requests," change the text to "Request Our Media Kit"
* Please hyperlink the themes in the second slide to the following and make sure the links appear in the same orange color as other links
* 1- Two issues when my ad block is on:
* 1-1- The background pictures of the first slide (Advertise with The Global Grid) and the "Thank you" page after requesting the media kit disappear (see screen shot)
* 1-2- The media kit request is not processed; the loading icon next to the "Request Media Kit" button just keeps rotating.
* 2- With the AdBlock paused, I was able to send the request but the media kit email went to my spam box (gmail)
* 3- Mobile Phone - Android: The captcha is over the left edge. it should be centered and the "enter letters" box can go below it.
* 4- Can we link the themes in the second slide to their corresponding pages?

# Thank you page:
* Make the email not a link but span with same color
* Remove extra space between to and contact of last bullet point
* Update instagram logo 2 hour extra quote
* In my iPhone 8+, I see that the text under the "View" button is much larger than needed. That needs to be reduced in size. I also noticed that the social media icons under "Don't miss out." are not properly aligned. They are not center, but slightly left-justified. The subscribe button in the footer is not on the same line, it's below the form area. See the screenshots provided.
* Some of the social media buttons on the page do not open into new windows, but in the same screen + the ones that do open a blank new window each time. There shouldn't be any new blank windows opening and it would be ideal if the buttons opened up into someone's app. Is that possible?
* When I look at the page on my iPad, I see that the fillable area + subscribe button is not aligned correctly. Please see the screenshot provided.
* I'd like both of the subscribe forms updated so that they sync with MailChimp. I approve the approximately four hours needed to make that happen. Please let me know what you need to continue that work.
