We desperately need foods stamp b/c of the hungers in USA.
We created regalution and rules for everybody . Food stam
WiC- created for medical reasons and public health programs.
Fruits & veggies have gone up
Beefs and cererals ( starches fooods ) have gone down. We did - the farm bill.

Whenever you chose incomes, people eat better.
Do a better jobs in investing education, so peole can have better jobs.- aha better qualitiy and eating overall better food.
