For tracking the vechile the algorothm is as below:
Requirements
1.GPS enabled device
2.A database online(I think MySQL...)
3.Google Maps
How to solve....
1.Start
2.Assign all the bushes a username and make the PK on the basis of their number plate
3.Each bushes will upload their GPS location (co-ordinate) at the database almost at realtime(TO be studied in this part.... This might be costly....SO we need to study on this.... Go to DN-1 for detail on this)
4.Then for other devies query the database for the location of the particular bus.(Here also constant querying to the database might be problem i am not sure about this so lets discuss this in the DN-2)

1. Divide the distance travelled by the time taken then we can get the speed.

How to...
1. If any vechile limits the cross at road then the alert is issued with its name in the
alert table of the system. Then the JAVA application will catch it when this bus comes
to the checkpost for the necessary clearence on the way... (I mean to say on the checkpost)
