Stop Motion
Stop motion adalah suatu bentuk video animasi yang menggunakan kumpulan foto sebagai frame yang nantinya dapat dibuat menjadi suatu film animasi.
Cara membuat Stop Motion
1. Pastikan memiliki kamera
Untuk hasil yang lebih baik, disarankan menggunakan kamera SLR atau kamera pocket. Tapi, dari kamera handphone juga bisa.
2. Siapkan objek
Objek yang dimaksud adalah aktor atau aktris yang akan ada di film animasi. Objek dapat berupa clay, lego, origami, kertas, atau apapun yang bersifat fleksibel.
3. Buat cerita
Story board dari film animasi adalah hal terpenting yang akan mempermudah proses dari pembuatan animasi stop motion.
4. Pikirkan detail pergerakan
Pastikan menulis detailnya sehingga saat melakukan pemotretan tidak terganggu dan bisa sekali jalan.
5. Mengatur dan menandai
Tandai objek. Dari mana ingin memulai, dan mengakhiri pergerakannya. Tentukan juga viewnya dari kamera.
6. Siapkan kamera di posisi yang telah ditentukan
Taruh di tripod atau bisa mengakali dgn menggunakan tumpukan buku sebagai penyangga.
7. Mengatur pencahayaan
Usahakan agar tidak terlalu terang, juga tidak terlalu gelap supaya hasil akhirnya baik.
8. Mulailah mengambil gambar pertama
Lihat hasil dari gambar pertama, apakah ada yang kurang atau tidak.
9. Simpan gambar di komputer
Untuk lebih mudahnya, bisa dibuat satu folder berisikan scene yang dipotret.
10. Ulangi langkah nomor 8 dan 9 sampai jadi
Jika semua scene sudah terambil, mulailah mengedit kumpulan foto – foto tersebut.
11. Tambahkan efek
Jangan biarkan terlihat kosong. Tambahkan sedikit efek untuk animasi stop motion agar terlihat lebih menarik.
12. Export atau render video
Hal terakhir adalah menyelesaikannya, atau menyimpan hasil animasi stop motion kamu di komputer.
