¾ Delete inspector

○ Once all of the assets of an inspector have been reassigned to another inspector, perhaps that inspector should be archived, but not deleted, so that their maintenance history is saved. Or is it sufficient that the work history that they have conducted for each asset be retained in that particular asset’s details? I am happy to be guided by you here-->CONFIRM

¾ Edit inspector from inspector detail page --> AL DONE

○ Pop up is currently empty. Should contain the detail of the inspector that is being edited

¾ Report master page --> AL DONE

○ “On clicking the category, the user will be redirected to the asset detail page” (not currently a live link)

¾ Report Detail screen --> AL DONE

○ This screen to include the list of scheduled maintenance activities for that particular asset (as shown on the ‘Asset Detail’ screen for each asset) as noted previously -->DONE

¾ When clicking back from Archive Detail Screen, it currently links back to the inspector master instead of Archive Master

○ I also note that you will - **Change the edit button to restore (to restore the asset)

¾ Inspector dashboard --> AL DONE

○ Spelling of Overdue in Filter by dropdown list

¾ Maintenance log (start inspection page)

○ List scheduled maintenance activities as noted previously --> AL DONE

○ “Estimated Replacement Value and Estimated Maintenance Cost will be auto filled and non-editable.” I think that it is ok for these fields to be editable so that the inspector can update this information at the time of inspection--> confirm

¾ Completed maintenance

○ Category to be clickable to show asset details --> done

○ Change Upcoming Maintenance Cost to Actual Maintenance Cost, showing the actual cost of maintenance entered by the inspector at the time of inspection -->done

○ Report shown when clicking View Report to include the list of scheduled maintenance activities al done

¾ Maintenance log form

○ Scheduled Maintenance Activities to be automatically filled in from that asset’s Asset Details as noted previously --> al done

¾ Asset Detail screen

○ For the maintenance history shown for an asset on the asset detail screen, change Upcoming Maintenance Cost to the actual maintenance cost entered for that maintenance during the completed inspection

¾ Inspector Detail screen

○ The fields shown in the Work History table can be the same as the Completed Maintenance list. That is: Ref No.; Category (Category to be clickable to show asset details); Asset ;Date of inspection; Actual Maintenance Cost; done


¾ General note
○ It would be good for the order of the columns in the tables of assets to be consistent where necessary. That is, ‘Asset’ should be ‘Asset Details’ each time, and a logical order is Category, then Asset Details each time. Sometimes these appear the other way around
