-Make sure our intro to our club is GREAT (first impression of club, keep members)
-Maintain CONTROL of the meeting.. last year our first meeting was chaotic and we didn't have control of them so we looked very unprofessional
-YEA tournaments (how do they work, what do we need to do to participate in it? what's our role? what are we in charge of and what are YEA in charge of?
-Next tournament for eSports club: Smash (date, organization, can we get project access again? who's wiis are we using? gamecube adapters? ORGANIZATION is key to ALL our tournaments to look professional and for things to run smoothly
-Survey (google form) for esports club (name, grade, top 2 games they want to play tournaments in (discuss list of games that we'll provide then an other slot), preferred way of contacting them (email, text, remind?), would they buy a t-shirt if we made them?, suggestions for the club
-Go to student store and ask what our club balance is
-Food fair plan (what food will we do? goal amount of money? what we'll do with money?)
-Tshirts/Polos? (Option 1: Use current club funds to lower the cost per t-shirt for club members. Option 2: Use current club funds to purchase special t-shirts/polos for the officers and have club members buy t-shirts at full price ~8-9 bucks depending on how many people want shirts)
-Tshirt people discounted tournament entry fees?
