Lee Su Yeon, wanita berusia 28 tahun ditemukan mati didalam rumahnya dengan mulut berbusa. Tetangga yang menemukan mayat Lee Su Yeon mengatakan dia menemukan tubuhnya saat akan mengirimkan makanan, sudah mengetuk pintu tapi tidak kunjung dibuka dan memanggil pemilik rumah tidak kunjung dijawab, akhirnya tetangga tersebut mengintip dari jendela dan kaget melihat tubuh tetangganya itu ada dilantai dengan mulut penuh busa. Anehnya semua pintu yang bisa diakses keluar masuk terkunci dari dalam dan semua jendela tertutup rapat hanya ada cerobong asap yang tingginya sekitar 6 meter dan tidak ada jejak apapun. Saat masuk ke dalam dan memeriksa korban, korban telah meninggal. Tidak ada barang yang dicuri. Di atas meja terdapat amplop coklat yang masih terbungkus rapi. Kunci rumah tergeletak tak jauh dari posisi korban.
