First floor lounge: third blind in TV room need replaced. Both big couches need reupholstered, very badly damaged. Ceiling damage. Globes missing on chandeliers. Couple light bulbs are out. Chairs are stained and tore, need reupholstered. Flooring needs replaced. Walls need painting. Dimmer switch needs replaced. Middle circular seat has wood damage, needs repaired. Grout LM fire space. West entrance carpet needs replaced.
Bathroom first floor outlet cover needs replaced. Dry wall outside is cracked.
First floor main stairwell: cow webs by light fixture. Window sills need to be stained. Cow webs at the top of it. Carpet needs replaced. Door at the top is warped and damaged.
Second floor kitchen: soft wall need paint. Floor broken tile. Window will needs stain. Screen is ripped. Wall outside of kitchen need repaired.
Second floor hallway: big couch needs to be reupholstered. Wall damage throughout walls, needs general maintenance.
Third floor hallway: big couch needs to be reupholstered. Small comfy seats need to be reupholstered.
Third floor bathroom: wall above toilets needs paint. Bottom of the sinks wall needs repaired and paint. Roof needs. Hole on the roof needs to be covered.
Basement bathroom: cove base needs to be reattached. Cavities around conduit need to be filled.
Laundry in basement. Patch and paint all walls. Replace damaged sanitary line with PVC.
