╰ Magizoologist = panggilan untuk orang orang yang belajar mengenai satwa gaib, menjadi Magizoologist tidak wajib lulus sekolah.
╰ Scamander's Family memiliki banyak keturunan yang bekerja menjadi Magizoologist. Salah satunya yg dikenal, Newt Scamander, lahir pada tahun 1897. Newt merupakan author dari buku Fantastic Beast and Where to Find Them. Scamander yang hanya mendapat dua Sickles setiap minggu selama bekerja di Kementerian, mengambil kesempatan tersebut untuk mendapatkan pengalaman dan uang tambahan dengan menghabiskan libur musim panasnya berkeliling dunia, menemui banyak makhluk-makhluk sihir yang menakjubkan.
╰ Newt memulai pekerjaannya karena melihat ibunya mengembangbiakkan Hippogriff. Cucu dari Newt yaitu Rolf Scamander, dan istrinya Luna Lovegood juga magizoologist. Professor mapel CoMC juga dihitung sebagai Magizologist.
╰ Newt mengawali pendidikannya tahun 1908 di Hogwarts dan memasuki asrama Hufflepuff. Mapel favoritnya adalah Satwa Gaib. Sehabis lulus ia bekerja di Ministry of Magic bagian Department for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures. Newt Scamander bekerja di Depertement for the Regulation and Control of Magical Creatures & mengurus relokasi peri-peri rumah. Kemudian ia dipindahkan ke bagian Makhluk Ajaib.
╰ Alasan memilih beliau karena kisah hidupnya yang menarik untuk diketahui lebih dalam lagi. Dan beliau mungkin salah satu magizoologist ternama yang membuatnya pasti memiliki banyak pengalaman.
