why do i want this job:
because i want to get out of the contact centre environment and further my skills i want to be in a close proximity area working closely together as a team.
contact centre is more of a open environment which means i don't get more responsibility and I would like in making decisions or putting my ideas forward.
what to have something more challenging where i get to have the responsibility

great telephone and communication skills within my employees and my customers which would mean i would be able to build a effective relationship internally and externally.

self motivated and a fast learner in a organised and timely manner which gives me the ability to work within a team and on my own as well. which will also allow me to learn quickly about a product.

one memorable instance when a client and his entire family was stranded at the airport due to misconnection in the middle of the night after a long flight to the america's had to find a connecting flight where most flights were alrready booked by then as the connection wasnt available had to organise the hotel at the same time had to organise a transfer from the airport to the hotel.
