- Perkembangan alter ego : Akan muncul sifat-sifat baru yang dapat mengubah kebiasaan atau minat penderita terhadap sesuatu. Perubahan identitas yang terjadi, dilakukan dalam keadaan sadar.
- Penanganan : Terapi dengan dokter kejiwaan.
- Ciri-ciri penderta : Memiliki emosi naik turun dan memiliki perilaku serta pola pikir yang berbeda-beda.
