As you all may already know, my current situation with LichT e-Sports about the SWC payment has already become public knowledge, which is why I'm going to tell the facts as I lived them and through this answer the last e-Mail which corresponds to the current situation.

06/19/2017 - 21:53: Vacoh contacts me (Licht e-Sports Manager) to clarify me that the payment info I had sent was wrong.

06/23/2017 - 22:19: I made the choice to create a Facebook Messenger group with Miguel Arroyave (Level Up e-Sports Manager) and Vacoho to discuss the payment situation, in which I handed my bank payment info and my Paypal account in case it would be easier to pay it through it.

06/30/2017 - 12:04: Vacoh informs me that the payment will take 10 business days at most.

06/22/2017 - 02:41: They send me a proof of payment 5 days before the said date, but apparently the payment info I provided once again was wrong. At no time was I informed which of the information I sent was wrong, so I had no chance to provide the correct Info or add something in case it was missing.

08/23/2017 - 20:08: Miguel Arroyave sends a formal email to LichT and me, Where we are informed that the payment deadline agreed by LichT had passed (08/18). In this email, Miguel points out that, for my part, the agreed discount had been accepted and that all payment information had been provided

07/09/2017 - 23:59: Miguel sents me an email quoting Licht's response. In this, Licht acuses me of not providing the missing information (that was never requested to me in an explicit manner, nor was it detailed). In addition, and by the first time (having the payment deadline passed), a form is attached to fill in the payment information.

Something that I will not let pass is this: "it is requested and warned that to continue with false information and filtering of information this matter will be grounds for a legal investigation".
Needless to say, above all the evidence is attached, at no time did I provided false information, nor I damaged the name of any institution. As a matter of fact, I always tried to care for involved entities (LevelUp, HiRez, Licht) and let it be clear, that I'm deciding to make all of this public having exhausted all other options.

About the money: I never stated that 3000 USD was what corresponds to me, since I know the existing taxes and I also accepted the percentage that was also discounted by Licht (que fue el 25%). Crunching the numbers we have:
20000$ - 30%(Impuestos) = 14000$ - 25%(Licht) = 10500$ / 4 = 2625$ - 880$ (for Cocosi) = 1745

I thank Miguel for his predisposition to the matter and hope that the rest of the players can solve their problems with the organization.
