Я школоло, учусь в 10 классе и я боюсь физкультуру. Пожалуйста, помогите найти способ отмазаться еще на пару годков
Я знаю что спорт это важно, но не упрекайте меня пожалуйста в том что надо быть здоровым и в форме а я на лавочке сижу. Я каждый день занимаюсь дома, а до школы мне идти 1,5-2 км пешком каждый день.
Дело в том что надо мной издевались в школе. В 7 классе нас заставили бежатт около 5 км и даже не давали отдышаться. На нас учитель тупо орал, даже когда я падал с нлс и вместо нормального дыхания свистел. На уроках он стебался вроде "Мастер спорта" потому что я всегда стоял в стороне и боялся даже мяч поймать. Сейчас не хочу описывать много, но думаю вы поняли...
И я уже третий год в новой школе и здесь хороший учитель, и на меря не кричат. Но когжа я должен заниматься, меня тупо сковывает и я не могу даже бежать. Дома все в порядке.
Я боюсь идти к психологу, вдруг найдут такое, что закроет мне вообще все двери к т*переходу.
Мне плевать если будет 3 в четверти.
Помогите пожалуйста:(
Если что - Екатеринбург. И есть ои здесь комиссия, или придется ехать к Исаеву в (Питер?)?
