UPDATE 1 :- Sorry for the ambiguity in the title, but this is not a guide to play against bots sorry.
Okay I know not all of you guys have internet connection at all times or just wanna try new stuff vs practice bots, so here is the full tutorial.
1) First you have to enable -console in the launch options of Dota 2 in Steam settings. Just type "-console" without quotes in the text box of launch options (Default key for console is "`").
2) Then start Steam in Offline mode(not necessary but wouldn't hurt)
3) In the console which appears over the "Connecting to Dota 2 network" type the following commands, hitting enter after each one.
sv_cheats 1
sv_lan 1
dota_start_ai_game 1
dota_bot_set_difficulty 0/1/2/3 (For the true enthusiast :D )
or
dota_bot_practice_difficulty 0/1/2/3
map dota
4) You can also load the diretide/tutorial/winter/autumn maps, they will appear in a dropdown menu after you type "map dota"

UPDATE 1: - Omlouvám se za nejasnost v názvu, ale to není návod hrát proti botům líto.
Dobře vím, ne všichni z vás mají připojení na internet po celou dobu, nebo jen chcete vyzkoušet nové věci vs praxe roboty, takže tady je úplný návod.
1) Nejprve musíte povolit konzole na spuštění možností Dota 2 v nastavení páry. Stačí jen zadat "-console" bez uvozovek v textovém poli nosných možností (výchozí klíč pro konzole je "` ").
2) Pak spusťte Steam v režimu offline (není nutné, ale neuškodí)
3) V konzoli, které se objeví v průběhu "Připojení k síti" Dota 2 Zadejte následující příkazy, byste stiskli Enter po každém z nich.
sv_cheats 1
sv_lan 1
dota_start_ai_game 1
dota_bot_set_difficulty 0/1/2/3 (pro opravdové nadšence: D)
nebo
dota_bot_practice_difficulty 0/1/2/3
mapa dota
4) Můžete také načíst diretide / seminářích / zimní / podzimní mapy, objeví se v rozbalovací nabídce po zadání "mapu Dota"
