I just want to write a word of appreciation for the best service and satisfaction I received from your service department and advisor Ty Rose.
My 2014 Toyota Prius blew a head gasket with the result the engine coolant entered the engine oil compartment. The check engine light came on (Code PO30I). Since It is only three and a half years old and the only car I have, I was extremely stressed about the cost to repair the car. Since I had bought the car from Toyotatown of Stockton,I had it diagnosed from their service dept. Toyotatown stockton's service condemned the car and without suggesting any options, they offered to sell me a used engine which they conveniently had it in stock. I was frantic. A couple days later I decided to get a second opinion from your establishment. When I walked in to your service department I was certain that I would get the same result and the repair cost would be the same as Toyotatown of Stockton, or more. After about 2 days, to my delightful surprise, Ty called me and assured me that it can be repaired with far less cost and assured me not to worry about anything.I was very pleased to get the assurance that Ty had offered to me.
I use this car for Amazon deliveries and drive about an average of 200 miles per day.
Its been two months since the repair, and my car is running perfectly!
