pmb sudah berdiri sejak lama sekali, saya yakin sudah banyak menerbitkan buku. jadi saya yakin sudah tau pasarnya.
-jaringan dan konsumen
karena sudah sangat lama berdiri dan satu satunya, jadi seluruh penduduk pasti sudah tau apa itu pmb dan jadi satu satunya destinasi untuk mencari buku.
-Berbagai Macam Buku untuk semua
semua buku fiksi untuk pelajar dan keperluan belajar mengajar ada. untuk sekedar refreshing membaca novel pun ada.
2. weakness
-minim produk
sejauh ini produk pmb, untuk buku non fiksi, tidak seluruh prof / sensei yang menerbitkan. sehingga keragaman buku harus ditambah.
-minim author
para penduduk wynegard terlihat kurang antusias menulis di pmb
3. kesempatan
kesempatan pmb sangat besar untuk menembak pasar seluruh kalangan wynegard mengingat pmb adalah satu satunya. dengan sedikit gebrakan dan promosi, dapat diraih banyak pengunjung, yang otomatis menarik minat menulis author dan menarik pembeli.
4. ancaman
ancamannya hanyalah pada minimnya author dan wynews yang membuka lowongan freelancer lagi. karena sama sama tulis menulis.
Kesimpulan
Yang harus ditingkatkan adalah promosi dan ide ide cemerlang penarik author untuk menangkal ancaman dan meningkatkan kekuatan.
