Now that I'm turned off I can easily talk about the risks of cucking. My main concern is the emotional side of it. I think that if I were downstairs, not horny and M was being nailed by some other dude that she'd built some form of relationship with, there is a risk that I would feel a bit neglected/forgotten or deemed useless. Maybe this just comes down to aftercare. Once Bull X is gone M and I would need to spend some quality time together, hugging & kissing and generally feeling connected. Intimate, slow making love and a general feeling of returning our relationship to the deep state it currently has. I worry though that I will be too lazy and won't want to do these things, as a result I will stay neglected and a void will open up between me and M. In other words, aftercare, and the motivation to perform it, is ESSENTIAL for both.

I think jealousy manifests itself as neglect and unappreciation in me. I don't get angry or vindictive and I wouldn't seek revenge. For me I would feel left out, ignored and neglected. This is easily remedied with quality time with M. My biggest fear of course is that
