- Contoh kasus obsesi dilingkup SVA -
Contoh nya seperti ada staff sub-shop yg terlalu obsesi untuk selalu jaga sub-shop tersebut. Namun bukan untuk menggantikan posisi staff yg seharusnya jga hari itu, melainkan merebut jadwal dri staff tersebut.
Misal seperti, jadwal jaga hari ini seharus nya si A namun karna si B terobsesi ingin mendptkan gajih yg lebih atau perhatian dri advisor/manager akhirnya si B merebut jadwal jaga si A.
Solusi nya menurut saya ; dari pihak yg dirugikan (misal si A) menegur org yg merebut haknya, atau bisa saja melapor ke advisor atau manager sub shop tersebut. otomatis yg terobsesi itu akan merasa tidak enak. namun jika berkelanjutan, bisa saja dgn cara menegur lagi atau jika fatal keluarkan dri sub shop tersebut.
mungkin cara diatas tidak akan efektif atau hanya sedikit berpengaruh ke org yg terobsesi tersebut. namun jika hanya dibiarkan, menurut saya org yg memiliki obsesi yg tinggi itu penyakitnya akan lebih menjadi-jadi.
