I will sand and scrap the house, because it's an important step to prepare the house for the paint job. After all this, I will be caulking (fill in the holes with white paste) all the gaps around the trims and windows corners. Secondly, I will work on the carpentry of the house.
Carpentry Work consists of:
Add some shingles in the front of the house.
Add trims to back windows. (Between 2-3 windows).
Replace window seal to 2 windows on the back of the house.
1 windows on the side of the house needs to be replaced because of the rotten piece.
After all the carpentry is completed, I will start taping all windows and doors. The painting job will have 1 coat of oil prime, 2 coats of paint from the same color for the body. For a guarantee work, there will be 2 coats on the trims and shadows windows as well.
All my materials are from Sherwin Williams, if you want an upgrade, all the materials are paid separately by you.
The entire job will take 4 to 6 days if the weather is good!
