1. Yang saya pelajari di kelas manner pada hari pertama adalah pengertian dari manner. Manner juga berarti peraturan yang tak tertulis dan mengatur pola dasar sikap seseorang. Di dalam menner memilik 2 dasar yaitu 5S dan 2T. 5S itu sendiri adalah : senyum, sapa, salam, sopan, dan santun. Sedangkan 2T adalah : Toleransi dan tanggung jawab.
2. Menurut saya tentang penting nya manner dalam kehidupan sehari - hari adalah agar kita bisa menghormati kesesama mahkluk hidup.
3. Agar dapat menjadi orang yang lebih baik, dapat menjadi orang yang hebat,dan dihargai oleh orang/creature lain.
4. Pertama yang saya lakukan adalah membicarakan nya kepada teman saya ini, kalau dia tidak bisa diajak bicara dengan baik dengan terpaksa saya akan mengeluarkannya dari kelompok.
5. Detensi untuk seorang pelanggar manner menurut saya dia harus dikarantinadi sebuah ruangan dan lebih diajarkan untuk hidup teratur dan bermanner selama 1 minggu.
