General Questions:

Have you ever been punished on ANY server? Please include details if applicable. If i said no, I would be lying. Almost everybody has been punished on a server. I have been banned on my friend's server as a joke. (That's all I can remember)

Why do you want to become a Helper on MoltresPvP?
I would like to become a Helper on MoltresPvP for a couple of reasons. I would like to be a Helper on this server, there are numerous other servers with many high ranked staff members that are assisting every day. This job is difficult in numerous ways just to be a Helper. It takes a lot commitment and time to provide good partnership to user in the server. Yes, it is fun being a moderator and showing off to other players, but it is way more than that. You must be on almost every single day managing the server to be on top of the game. I would like to provide the community with a safe environment, I would also like for the players to keep playing on the server without leaving the server because other players are being toxic in chat. For a staff member, it is important to have a positive role even if you have a bad day. It is important to have a positive attitude because players will treat you with respect and it will make it easier to the community with one and each other. Providing players with the best experience and showing them as a staff team how much we commit on the server.
I would like to be a Helper to stop players that are exceeding the rules of the server. Hackers are the most annoying users on the server, they give an unfair play to other players on the server. This resolves for the users to get mad, sad, annoyed, rage, etc. I would like to completely remove hackers out of the game due to fairness. If we decrease hackers from Moltres, our population will increase. It is also important to keep toxic users out of the game (Toper LMFAO). Players chat every single day. I would like to manage the chat to mute players that swear, spam, and advertise their own server. Players that advertise tent to work sometimes, they pull players from MoltresPvP because their server needs more users.
Maintaining the server also gives us a good reputation and good feedback. I also feel like helping staff members is a good thing. You build up friendship and trust with each other, and you build respect.


Do you have any previous experience as a staff member?

Yes, i have owned my own server back in the day. I also have been staff on many servers not anymore, I resigned so I could be Helper on here.

Tell us about yourself:

I'm nothing special. I'm your average block game player. There is one difference. I am Determined to clear the server from, Toxix-Players and Hackers With unfair Andfantages.

What can you bring to the server?

I believe my presence will benefit the server in a lot of ways. I communicate easily and in a meaningful and confident manner. I am reliable, dependable, responsible and would dedicate time to the server. I think I would get along with both staff and players easily and would try my very best to help out at all times. I am respectful to others around me and to those in higher positions to me. I also have a part time job, which has helped my skills of teamwork and working in an environment as a staff member. I am also a great listener and can be trusted to help look after the MoltresPvP.

Strengths as a staff member:

Confidence - I am confident when dealing with all ages of people and speak in a positive & inspiring manner to help players feel better about themselves. I am courteous to players and try to be friendly and happy while online. I try to be available to anyone that needs me so I may help them in any situation. I am a very sociable person that can make conversation with any one at any time.

Weaknesses as a staff member:

Schedule - - I have a bit of a crazy schedule but I will overcome that and always be on the server! As much as I can...

One word to describe yourself and why:

Like I Said Confidence mainly because I am courteous to players and try to be friendly and happy while online.

Scenarios:

You have important work to be done for school/work that involves the computer. You hop on the computer and decide to come on MoltresPvP for 5 minutes and think to yourself, it'll only be 5 minutes. You end up playing for 5 hours and are really tired, so you have to go to bed. The assignment was due the next day and you don't turn it in.
Does this scenario sound like it could happen to you? No, sorry but school comes first. Once i finish school work then I will get on MoltresPvP as long as I want...

You mute a well-known player for good reasoning and he starts harassing you on twitter asking to unmute him and saying what a bad Helper you are.
What would you do? I would text him "You did the crime you can pay the time." Then Block Him.

One of your best friends starts hacking on the server and you know about it. You tell him to stop but he doesn't.
What would you do? I'm going to be straight up with him and ban him or tell a higher staff he is hacking.
