Gamification Strategies-
*Leaderboard- allows drivers to compare their delivery times and delivery numbers to other drivers on their team - encouragement, working harder
*Personal goals- before driving, allow courier to set goals for the day - warn that if go offline before they hit their goals - personal goals are strong reason for performance.
*Mockups - show a possible of the app - 'you haven't reached your goal'
customer interaction (uber)- give customer info about courier - encourages customer interaction with driver - couriers love stats - fav part of OnFleet
- continued mockups about the status of goal completion
* ludic loop - process of doing something over and over bc a reward is given every few tries
- offers drivers potential rides WHEN driver is already WITH passenger
- drivers can't stop - implemented pause - increases productivity
* Paying drivers (Yusuf will bear the brunt of the complaints) : Pay per delivery typically done - No SHIFT payments - NO HOURLY payments - only paid for deliveries you do. UberEATS and Mr.D both do pay/delivery. UberEATS starts when driver leaves restaurant - avoids cheating.

Tiered based on star rating - encourages timely deliveries and productivity - statistics should be a prominent aspect of Jarvis - pay driver per delivery.
