- polyjuice adalah ramuan yang memungkinkan si peminum untuk menjelma menjadi orang lain yang berbeda usia, jenis kelamin dan ras. Namun, tidak bisa untuk berubah menjadi spesies yang berbeda. Ramuan ini tidak dapat digunakan untuk mengubah peminumnya menjadi hewan
LANGKAH PEMBUATAN
1. siapkan kuali
2. masukkan 3 fluxweed ke dalam kuali
3. tambahkan 2 ikat knotgrass ke dalam kuali
4. Ayunkan tongkat membentuk gelombang dan diamkan ramuan selama 80 menit (kuali pewter) / 68 menit (kuali brass) /1 jam (kuali Copper)
5. masukkan 3 kulit Boomslang ke dalam kuali
6. tumbuk 1 tanduk Bicorn menjadi bubuk yang halus, seperti lalat lacewing sebelumnya
7. masukkan 1 takaran dari bubuk tersebut ke dalam kuali dan panaskan selama 20 detik dengan api bertemperatur tinggi
8. ayunkan wand di hadapan kuali dan tunggu 24 jam (kuali pewter) atau 1224 menit (kuali brass) atau 18 jam(kuali copper)
9. masukkan 1 sendok lalat lacewing ke dalam kuali
10. aduk 3 kali berlawanan arah jarum jam (habis itu ramuan akan terlihat seperti lumpur yang kental dan gelap, akan muncul gelembung-gelembung )
11. masukkan rambut, kuku, kulit atau darah target ke dalam ramuan
12. ayunkan wand di hadapan kuali untuk yang terakhir kalinya
