Ну не могу , раздражает все в них: их быт, их мысли , их разговоры , их отношение друг к другу ( мама вечно гавкает на папу), и самое ужасно что пожив с ними немного на даче я вдруг к своему ужасу начала копировать ее поведение и тоже гавкать на мужа , хотя у нас такое не принято вообще ( просто вот чувствую внутреннее раздражение какое то и срываюсь на муже и говорю прям мамиными словами . И при этом я эмоционально очень привязана к ним, мне до сих пор важно их мнение , и вместо того чтобы спросить себя , а понравится ли это моей семье, я спрашиваю себя , а как отреагирует на это моя мама? Всю жизнь она контролирует меня и практически все мои действия осуждает : грустная - плохо , радостная - нечего радоваться сильно , видимо поэтому я такая безъэмоциональная , не умею радоваться жизни (
В общем перечислять долго можно , и не общаться я не могу с ними , я у них единственная и внучка у них одна , не могу лишить их общения с ней ( часто ездим на дачу к ним . Они единственные кто помогает с ребёнком .
Как избавиться от этой зависимости и как эмоционально стать сильнее , чтобы ее замечания меня не трогали вообще ?
