changes are:Electors now do more than electing Emperor,elections are now once a season,being a elector has now have requirements.
1. No Insulting other people,no spamming,and no pervert things otherwise you will be banned by Emperor.
2. If a member broked the rules more than 3 times Emperor can ban him/her.
3. Threating and pressuring Emperor for being Elector is instantly make you banned permanently.
4. Emperor doesn't need to ask anybody when selecting Electors.
5. Emperor needs a good reason for changing electors.
6. Electors vote for Emperor in a secret group
7. Holy Mapping Empire's channel can't be kicked from any group.
8. When Empire is at interregnum(if doesn't have an Emperor)channel will request to become Owner and Electors must endorse it,there will be elections max 7 days after channel become Owner.
9. Channel of the Empire's duties are:governing the Empire if Empire is at interregnum,sharing the election results,making announcements about Empire and telling news.
10. Electors are selected by Emperor but being elector has requirements:a mapper needs to be active,making videos,loyal to group and have atleast 100 subs to become Elector.(will be applied after first election)
11. When new Emperor is elected old Emperor should crown new Emperor and go back to his normal life(Old Emperor should make new Emperor Owner and make himself/herself a normal member)
12. Old Emperor can still be Elector if New Emperor wants(if he/she meets the requirements) and can become Emperor again.
13. There can only seven Electors and one Emperor.
14. Emperor can vote for Himself/Herself in election
15. Only if all Electors vote for theirselves their votes won't counted and elections will done again.
16. Only English and Latin is allowed.
17. If Emperor wants to make a major change on group(like name change or flag or constitution etc.) first it should approved by atleast 5 electors before reaching to group.
18. If members are not happy about something they can send report to Emperor.
19. If there are lesser Electors than 7 Emperor should appoint new Electors.
20. Emperor Elections maked once a season.
21. Electors are moderators but they can't kick anybody or edit group without will of the Emperor but they can invite people.
22. Electors can only be changed per month.
23. elections can be maximum one week.
24. A Mapper can only elected two times as Emperor in a year (two seasons)
