2. I create new entity. Works fine. Then I create new “Entity item”. I get message that “Word added successfully”, but it does not show in the right screen (Working on)
3. Change word “Create entity” to “Add entity”. In thinkowl, whenever we have given option to create any item like (canned reponse, keyword …), we have used word “Add <item>”. Please make this change in all the pages in “Intents”, Entities”, “Responses” (Working on)
4. What can we do in a smart manner to avoid duplication? Can we make text suggestion for existing items? I would not prefer just a message that item already exist. It will cause irritation to the user, who is doing data entry here. (Fixed in a traditional way of showing a message. Waiting for new suggestion to change this in a better way)
5. Can the non-active tabs (Examples, Questions) indicate already, if I have some contents inside (e.g. a number in bracket indicating how many examples are there)? (Working on)
6. Please check why [object Object] appears in above box (Fixed)
7. When above box is opened, “TicketPlus” is already a marked entity. Can system show that word highlighted? Currently, I have manually highlighted the word. (Working on)
