1. Ketika kita mempunyai kebiasaan masuk ke kamar mandi dengan kaki kiri terlebih dahulu. Kita sadar kalau kita ke kamar mandi tapi secara tidak sadar mengulangi hal yang sama. Disini maksudnya masuk ke kamar mandi dengan kaki kiri terlebih dahulu.
2. Saat menyetir. Kadang kita sadar kita mau kemana tapi kita tidak sadar kaki kita menginjak apa, tangan kita belok kemana.
3. Saat mencatat. Kita sadar kita sedang mencatat, secara otomatis tangan kita bergerak membentuk huruf huruf, menulis kata dan kalimat yang ingin kita tulis.
