Notes

-Jane and Isaac met up early at church before the leaders, leaving LJ at the front by himself. Jane lied to the leaders to try and cover up for Isaac saying she was talking on the phone to him and that he was walking from his nana's house (His phone and speaker were on the stage). James offered to pick him up but she said no. She told me to cover for her (I didn't know what for) and she went throught he kitchen back door to go to the front
-Jane didn't post up the minutes but said she would write out a programme. She couldn't print out a programme, she wasn't prepared for activities and she skipped the sharing for the offering
-Instead of going home because he was feeling sick, Isaac asked his dad if he could stay behind at church for prayer meeting. Jane and Isaac were the only ones who were staying behind aftr youth (but they didn't stay behind for prayer meeting - they fell asleep most of the time)
-James used Isaac and Jane to buy their food
-Jane said she couldn't do the offering on Sunday. James asked me to do it because he wasn't ready. (He said he would do it the following week)
-Jane and Isaac met early again at church before the leaders
-We didn't include Jane and Isaac in the programme (They came early for no reason)
-I told James and Losi to confront Isaac about the issue but they didn't
-I confronted Jane about the issue and thought James had something against her. (She accepted my confrontation and has improved on the issue)
- James started to make unnecessary comments especially while Lope and Foua were there
-The helpers didn't turn up to the second meeting
-We left Jane and Isaac out from helping
-The leaders planned to meet at 5:30 on Friday but EVERYONE came late except for Isaac. (Isaac helped set up)
-Jane and Isaac took the rules the wrong way. If she had something she didn't like, she should've told us instead of talking to Hope who wasn't here. Hope should've told me/asked me straight away. She took it the wrong way. She should've seen it as an act of discipline. Gloria encouraged the wrong thing. It is wrong to be alone together- even after youth because the youth people were around, they were still at church
-James made unnecessary comments about Jane and what she was doing (she cried at the front), condemning her behind her back even though he asked her if she was okay
-The boys didn't follow the rules - they kept going in and out of the building and Losi & James didn't do anything about it
-James left early on Friday to watch the Hurricanes' game (Losi's not fully recovered and he was relying on us and the helpers). He lied to us saying that he was tired. He asked if it was okay if he didn't come to church on Sunday
-James made unnecessary comments about Wells
- Losi supported the wrong thing and tried to leave Isaac and Jane out from youth things. Isaac is hurt, and now Jane is hurt. He shoudn't have acted that way especially since the other youth memebers were there
-James, losi, the helpers and the youth came late. Losi's wasn't working and James most likely finished worl a while ago.

-Losi relied on me and anita to keep them posted when he could've done it himself. He has all the time at home
-Losi also relied on Foua and lope too much
-James never thanked the helpers
-Isaac helped set up. He was never honored
-Losi let the boys go in and out of the building during the movie night
-the helpers didn't turn up to the second meeting. No one turned up to the third meeting.
-James being stingy with money and doing food
-James off for no reason whatsoever on Friday
-James signalled to losi not to tell Beka where they were taking the boys for connect
-Although the helpers stayed behind for prayer meeting, none of the other leaders stayed behind.
