Griffin, KKM XXXX dengan status Beast, asalnya dari Yunani.
Dari fisiknya bisa dilihat kaki depan, kepala hingga sayapnya mirip seperti elang. Sedangkan bagian belakang hingga ekor menyerupai singa. Kalau diperhatikan sekilas Griffin ini agak mirip dengan Hippogriff. Bedanya, badan belakang Hippogriff adalah kuda.
Griffin juga ada di mitologi kuno, sejauh ini tercatat dalam mitologi Persia dan Mesi kuno, meski pertama kali terlihat dalam mitos Yunani.
Seperti singa yang disebut raja hewan buas dan elang sebagai raja di udara, Griffin merupakan penggambaran makhluk yang paling berkuasa atas kedua hal tersebut dan dijuluki sebagai "Raja hewan buas dan penguasa udara".
Griffin sering dipekerjakan penyihir untuk menjaga harta milik mereka, sama seperti Sphinx juga. Meski Griffin disebut makhluk yang ganas. Segelintir penyihir ahli diketahui berteman dengan mereka.
Untuk makanan Griffin biasanya memakan daging mentah.
