Jung Yunho atau yang dikenal sebagai U-know, leader dari sebuah boyband ternama bernama TVXQ (Tong Vfan Xien Qi) lahir dan dibesarkan di Gwangju, Korea Selatan. Sebelum menjadi seorang trainee di dalam agensi ternama, Yunho dan teman-temannya saat menempuh sekolah menengah pertama membentuk sebuah team dance bernama A+, dimana ia dan teman-temannya sering mengikuti berbagai jenis kompetisi. Saat tahun 1999 ia menjadi pemenang dalam 1st Annual SM Best Competition, dan dari situlah ia resmi menjadi trainee SM Entertainment. Tahun 2003 ia debut dalam grup bernama TVXQ bersama 4 member lainnya. Oleh para netizen dan kritikus lainnya ia diberi julukan 'K-pop's dancing king' dan tak hanya itu, Yunho juga menjadi orang asia pertama yang diundang untuk tampil di konser mendiang Michael Jackson tahun 2010. Yunho juga kerap membuat koreografi untuk dance yang akan ia tampilkan disetiap konser. Selain menari, ia juga berkecimpung didalam dunia perfilman dan ia juga sering menjadi co-writer dalam membuat lirik lagu-lagu TVXQ.
