1. Carilah tempat yang tenang untuk bermeditasi;
2. Gunakan alas duduk;
3. Kenakan pakaian yang nyaman;
4. Lakukan meditasi saat sudah merasa nyaman;
5. Duduklah di atas bantal atau di kursi dengan punggung tegak;
6. Dekatkan dagu ke dada seperti ingin melihat ke bawah. (Disarankan memejamkan mata agar bisa lebih fokus.);
7. Bernafaslah dengan tenang. Rilekskanlah badan;
8. Fokuskan perhatian pada napas,(Jangan menilainya.);
9. Jangan menyalahkan diri sendiri.
