Job Description:
Fills food orders that Waiters take from customers.Prepare standardized recipes and occasionally are asked to prepare dishes to suit a customer’s taste
Responsible for maintaining the hygiene and cleanliness of the kitchen area as well as maintaining the inventory for cooking ingredients, prepared items and kitchen supplies.
Responsible for opening or closing the kitchen as well as the dishwashing area.
He/she has the knowledge and trainings of a Cook Helper and Steward so at anytime may be shifted to those positions.
Cook has to be able to replace CDP when needed.
Cook has to be able to assist CDP for weekly schedule planning.
