1. Upload the following files on the Tomcat server and restart Tomcat services

File name: UfgFaxRouting$FaxRoutingEngine.class
Folder location: mobiledoc/WEB-INF/classes/catalog
File name: UfgFaxRouting$FaxRoutingJob.class
Folder location: mobiledoc/WEB-INF/classes/catalog
File name: UfgFaxRouting$FaxRoutingTarget.class
Folder location: mobiledoc/WEB-INF/classes/catalog
File name: UfgFaxRouting.class
Folder location: mobiledoc/WEB-INF/classes/catalog
File name: UfgFax.jsp
Folder Path: mobiledoc/jsp/catalog/xml/fax
File name: LogFaxRequest.jsp

Below mentioned files should be applied for practices using FTP Inbox

2. Login to EMR application, go to fax outbox and verify if we are able to view entries in fax outbox. If we are unable to view the faxed entries in Fax outbox screen then we will have to replace the following file on the Tomcat server and restart Tomcat services
File Name: GetFaxLogList.jsp
Folder Location: mobiledoc/jsp/catalog/xml/fax
Try sending a new fax and check if the application is working fine or if it crashes
3. A. If the eCW application crashes then add a column in faxlogs table
Table name: faxlogs
Column: ExternalDocID
Data type: int(11)
MSSQL query: Alter table faxlogs add ExternalDocID int;
MySQL Query: Alter table faxlogs add column ExternalDocID int(11);
4. Add an item key in EMR application
Name of the item key: faxfailedmsgtoadmin
Item id: 0
Item value: no
Cache_value: 1
Query: Insert into itemkeys (name, itemID, value, supportRemarks, displayname, Type, GroupID, cache_value, cache_itemid) values('faxfailedmsgtoadmin',0,'no','',NULL,'UnKnown','General',1,0);
Restart Tomcat services and try sending a new fax and check if the application is working fine or if it crashes, also confirm if we are able to view faxed entries in fax outbox screen,
