Alright so I know I was attempting to charge back and I really wasn't thinking and I would never try this again because I realized that I spent my own money on the server and in no way, shape or form I should be attempting charge back because I already spent the money, and it is basically scamming, because we got to use the thing we had, just to get your money back later for it. I wasn't thinking when I asked to do this, and I will never attempt, nor do I think you guys should, to charge back again.

How long can you be on a Day?: In one day, I can be on for however long I want in the summer, but in the school year, I can be on anywhere from 3-6 hours.

DarkRP/Rules Questions
*All these questions must be answered in full sentences. (with proper grammar.) This will show that you're being serious.*

1. Alex joins the server. He self supplied 1 gun and he shot 2 people for no reason. What rules were broken?
Answer: Well, in this case, self supply is allowed, so when he spawned one gun, he did not break any offenses. Although, he did shoot two people for absolutely no reason. Depending on whether he killed them or not, he would be punished accordingly. If he killed them, he would be kicked for RDM x2, since RDM stands for Random Death-match, implying that he killed them. If he did not kill, but only damaged them, he would be kicked for aRDM x2. aRDM stands for Attempted Random Death-Match, which means he only attempted to kill them, and did not succeed in actually doing so.

2. You see a staff abusing his powers and he his the same rank as you what would you do?
Answer: If I saw a staff abusing his powers, and he was the same rank as me, I would do as much as I could as a Trial-Mod. First, I would get out my recording software of choice, and then I would record said staff member abusing his powers. Then, once I have gathered enough evidence, I would send the footage to a Super-Admin or higher.

3.How wide and how long should a base entrances be (How much it can fit in it.)?
Answer: A base entrance would have to fit two people side to side, and two people back to back. If a base doesn't meet these requirements, it would be considered a Fail-Base.

4.How many entrance fading can you have?
Answer: For the entrance of the base, you can have three or less fading doors. If you have more than three fading doors, your base would be considered a fail-base.

5.How many keypad should 1 fading door should have?
Answer: A fading door should bear two keypads, one for entering, and one for exiting.

6.If there's a Mass RDMer in the server and your the only staff on as a trial mod what would you do?
Answer: If there is a Mass RDMer in the server, and I am the only staff on as a Trial-Mod, I would locate said RDMer and freeze him. I would then look at the logs very carefully, and find how many people the RDMer killed. I would then ban him for as long as I can (30 minutes, 1 hour if the person left the server), and put "extend to perma ~Caiden" at the end of the ban reason.

7.How long is kidnap/mug/raid cool down? and how long is the cool down for doing the same person?
Answer: The cooldowns for kidnap, mug and raid are all very different. The cooldown for kidnap is 15 minutes, and 30 minutes to the same person. At night the kidnap cooldown is

8.How well do you know ulx commands? from scale 1-10. 10 Good - 1 Really bad
Answer: On a scale of 1-10, I think my ULX knowledge would be around an 8 or a 9, because I have much staff experience on this server and have used ULX for a while.

9.What would you do if someone advertises his application to you or to other players?
Answer: If someone advertises their app to me or other players, I will gather evidence (such as, videos or screenshots), and then I will send that evidence to a Super-Admin or higher to deny the application as soon as possible.

10. Any Staff position experiences before? Yes or no if so what rank?
Answer: I, do in fact have staff experiences, and they were on this server! A couple months back, I was Mod+, and shooting for Admin, until I resigned, and I truly regret it.

11. Are you a staff currently on a different server? If so you cannot be a staff here at Presidential RP.
Answer: I am indeed, not staff on any other server, but hope to get Trial-Mod on this one!

12.Why do you want to be a staff for Presidential RP?
