overwrite translations inside ../edx-platform/conf/locale/ar/LC_MESSAGES/django(js).po --> compile these new messages
compile SC locale messages by going to ../edx-platform/lms/djangoaspps/salalem and django-admin compilemessages
overwrite some static files
add salalem celery worker
update supervisorctrl (sudo /edx/bin/supervisorctl reload)
clone salalem theme into ../edx-platform/themes/
update "DEFAULT_SITE_THEME" variable inside ../lms.env.json to have the value of "salalem"
inside the environment of edxapp paver update_assets lms --settings=aws
