Colloportus merupakan kebalikan dari alohomora, yang fungsinya adalah untuk mengunci atau menutup pintu sehingga tidak dapat dibuka secara manual.

Caranya arahkan wand kepada target yang akan dikunci dan gerakkan wand seperti pola.
Colloportus terdiri dari awalan 'collo' yang berasal dari bahasa latin 'colligo' yang artinya 'mengikat bersama-sama'. Atau bisa berasal dari bahasa Yunani 'collo' yang berarti 'lem atau melekat. Dan 'Portus' berasal dari bahasa latin yang berarti 'pintu'.
Colloportus ini mungkin pernah digunakan oleh Professor Dumbledore untuk mengunci pintu hospital wing saat Harry dan Hermione menyelamatkan Sirius Black.
