I deserve a puppy because of the exact purpose puppies serve in a human beings life. A puppy's purpose, I believe, is to be a comfort to it's owner, to protect despite it's size or capability, to bestow love and affection to those who portray sensibility towards it, and though we feel that we as the owners are in charge of an animal, a puppy in turn feels responsible for us. So what do we do to deserve dogs or rather what will I do to show I deserve a puppy? I promise to care for my puppy as my own child (he will be my one and only child). I promise to show him nothing but love and care and to take him as my full responsibility. I promise to protect my puppy as I know he will protect me, his mummy. I promise to spoil my puppy and discipline him in a nonchalant way. My puppy will be staying on my back veranda where he will be trained and kept away from any other animals (until he gets a brother) after which he will proceed to my room where he will be kept comfortably.
I also deserve a puppy because I have been a good girl and have given little to no problems to my significant other. My significant other also states that I am too clingy and I believe a puppy will get me off his case. Having a puppy also means that I will have company when my significant other decides to abandon me from time to time. Fact is, I am spoiled and loved and I should get a puppy because I want a puppy and I deserve a puppy.
So, in the spirit of new puppyship, I declare the name of my puppy to be Jelly Waldie. Thank you.
