1. Semua staff adalah keluarga, dalam suka maupun duka membangun akademi ini. Apabila ada perselisihan antar keluarga, hendaknya diselesaikan dengan kepala dingin oleh kedua belah pihak dan akan di bantu dengan keluarga lainnya.
2. Dilarang memiliki hubungan special antara murid dan guru, kecuali guru-guru atau memang sudah berpasangan di akun lain. Untuk menghindari hal yg tidak di inginkan.
3. Pengajar dan staff diperbolehkan untuk mengundurkan diri dengan alasan yang logis.
4. Bertanggung jawab atas kewajiban di akademi ini.
5. Terbuka dan netral, tidak berkubu ataupun berat sebelah di antara murid ataupun guru.
6. Menjaga nama baik Yonghwa Academy, friendly namun berwibawa.
7. Bersikap profesional. Masalah pribadi di luar academy sebisa mungkin jangan dibawa ke dalam ranah akademi.
8. Menjaga dan tidak membocorkan rahasia di akademi ini ke pihak manapun diluar Yonghwa Academy.
9. Dilarang OOT dengan me-retweet hal-hal yang tidak berhubungan dengan akademi.
Rules Murid (ralat dan penambahan)
1. Untuk izin hiatus atau resign, cukup lapor ke akun utama, principal, vice principal, dan pembina asrama.
2. Tidak online selama satu minggu tanpa keterangan, drop out.
3. Rules wajib plot dikembalikan ke peraturan masing-masing pengajar untuk menilai keaktifan murid.
