Personality: Jasper is extremely timid, he had never bit anyone at the shelter but when touched he runs away or yelps and whenever another dog or human gets near him he sprints to the other side of the room. On top of being shy, he is also deaf which makes him even more on the alert. He even is afraid of puppies and dogs that are half is size, the only time Jasper is never truly relaxed although he is a kind dog, emotions show in his eyes and yet his ears are always pinned back and his tail is always tight between his legs.
