Если я правильно понял, то работника обязуют платить "социальную страховку", а также он по желанию может платить "накопительные взносы" в один из пенсионных фондов.
При достижении пенсионного возраста или других условий, человеку выплачивается пенсия, состоящая (и/или) из:
1. Страховой пенсии (которые получает большинство пенсионеров в России)
2. Пенсия по государственному пенсионному обеспечению
3. Социальные доплаты к пенсии до прожиточного минимума пенсионера
4. Накопительная пенсия (она появилась недавно, поэтому, как я понял, пока не выплачивается)
Вопрос. 1. Разрешено ли платить накопительные взносы? Они являются типа вкладов в банк под проценты?
2. Разрешено ли получать страховую пенсию? Или можно получить ту сумму, которую когда-то оплатил в виде "социальной страховки", как в случае с ОСАГО?
