I feel the basic problem is - lack of soft skills, lack of reading and learning and simply rote learning.
So call it an NGO or a company or an initiative or whatever
here we plan a curriculum regarding the things we feel that lacks and are the most imp things for the children right from the elementary to secondary and to higher education.
so what we can do here is after making up a curriculum, we can approach schools govt, private semi private whatsoever gradually and on the basis of contractual agreement, can work on those skills.
Approach the government too with the proposal if we have a right way to it and right people who can help.
Some collborations could be made with respect to the certification or something which makes the student realise the importance, and some kind of reward to make the students as well as the schools/etc realise the benefit of this thing.
its just a vague idea, if you like it. it has lots of potential to be worked upon and if it goes in the right direction maybe this could be it.
