a. Handicapped Signs-Discussion ensued-Cathy will paint the buckets handicapped blue, the signs will be attached with u bolts,
one will be placed by the sidewalk going into the fellowship hall in the front and the other will be placed near the entrance to the sanctuary.
Cathy will have the buckets painted by the 20th of June.
b. Music Equipment-Wayne & Sue Hahn installed the equipment this past Saturday.
c. Black marquee-Agreement was that the sign should be left where it is. Jim will check the electrical out, advising
Dave so that he can purchasing a ballast or what ever is needed for the lighting. Cathy will see that the painting
is finished.
d. Methodist Cross & Flame-Rick advise the team that he hasn’t heard from Robert Parton, Nicole said she would
check with Dylan Anderson and Matt Dennis to see if they would be able to paint the sign. (After the meeting
Nicole spoken to them and they will paint the sign, will have it done by the end of the month) Cathy will buy the
paint for the sign.
e. Water in the restroom upstairs-Dave has not heard back from Harter’s Plumbing regarding the water heater, he
will check again, the one that was put in only lasted about a month. If they do not respond he will check and see
how much a new one would cost and advise Rick.
f. Groundhogs-Dave has caught several animals, but not the Groundhogs. He will check around and see if anyone
knows what else to do, he will also set the trap again.
g. Fellowship entrance flooring-Dave will take care of the situation.
