1. Selama Event, ada beberapa rangkaian Plot yang akan dilakukan. Setiap plot akan diberi batas waktu, sesuai dengan suasana, tempat dan penjelasan lainnya yang akan diumumkan lewat akun @HMCEvent secara berkala.
2. Event ini memberlakukan Semi OOC (40% izin OOC, 60% WAJIB IC).
Penggunaan bracket tidak dibatasi selama anda sendiri tau batas penggunaannya.
Ingat, yang diizinkan hanya Semi OOC bukan Writer Talk. Tetap ada teguran bagi yang melakukan Muntalk.
Sistem ini berlaku hanya agar minna-san tidak bosan dalam plot. Tetapi, Plot tetap hal yang WAJIB dilakukan karena termasuk kedalam rangkaian Event.
3. Usahakan untuk tidak melakukan Air Tweeting. Jika ingin berinteraksi, mention satu sama lain dengan one liner plot atau sekedar ic talk.
4. Member yang sudah mendapatkan Passport, sudah dipastikan ikut/turut serta dalam event. Apabila pada saat perjalanan berlangsung member yang bersangkutan tidak hadir, apapun alasannya. Setelah event akan diberikan Dare sebagai hukuman.
5. Rules Agency lainnya, dengan tambahan Rules diatas tetap berlaku. Pelanggaran akan mendapatkan denda dan sanksi lainnya.
