Ingredientes
1/2 cup farinha com fermento
1 ovo (peq/medio)
1/2 cup leite meio gordo
Azeite
Manteiga s/ sal
Receita
Farinha e (pinch) sal numa tijela. Abrir o centro da farinha, adicionar o ovo e 1/2 colher de sopa de azeite.
Misturar. Adicionar o leite aos poucos, até a massa está "smooth".
Numa frigideira não aderente, colocar manteiga (small knob).
Quando estiver quente e derretida, adicionar 1 colher de sopa de massa para cada blini.
1 Minuto em cada lado (quando estiver dourado em baixo a a borbulhar em cima).
Ajustar temperatura se preciso.
Cobertura:
Pepino cortado longitudinalmente, com sour cream e um pouco de raspa de limão.
Sour Cream com caviar de salmão.
